Some cleanup, fixes for ultralcd.cpp UBL code

- Free up 30 bytes of SRAM in UBL LCD code
- Fix BUILD_ABS_MESH temperature
- Fix UBL indentation in ultralcd.cpp
- UBL vars lowercase, "convert to positive" sensibly
