David Négrier 8cf481ec49 Fixing bug when no WebGL is available
The switch to Phaser 3.50 introduced a bug when WebGL is not available in a browser.
The changes in this commit prevent calls to the WebGL pipeline if the pipeline is not available.

gparant 5d463d097a Refactor Class
- Add MapManager permit to create map, camera and player.
 - Add CameraManager permit to move and update camera.
 - Add player Call extended of Phaser.GameObjects.Sprite. Permit to manager player data and moving in the map.
 - Add Animation class permit to manage the player animations.
