3a3ab3391f Return set_directions() to stepper.cpp (#12182) 
Initial manual Z move can be negative if your stepper is inverted. Leads to bad situations for crashed or initially booted printers.

71e19baf69 Fix kill => disable_all_heaters => print_job_timer.stop (#12146) 
- Remove `print_job_timer.stop()` from `disable_all_heaters`
- Call `print_job_timer.stop()` for relevant `disable_all_heaters()`.
- Split up `kill()` for watchdog interrupt safety
